What You’ll Do as a Logistics Team Leader
- You start each shift with a clear kick-off: your team is complete and aware of what’s happening.
- You manage KPIs around safety, quality, cost, productivity, and team performance.
- You step in to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth operations.
- You closely monitor the safety and health of your team to prevent incidents.
- At the end of your shift, you provide a clear handover to the next team.
- You collaborate closely with your fellow team leaders and report to the operations manager.
During your shift, you lead a team of about 10 permanent employees and 25 temporary workers. You work closely with other team leaders, each responsible for their own team. You set the direction by coaching and guiding, creating a work environment focused on performance and collaboration. The atmosphere is professional and collegial—with attention for one another, a sharp focus on results, and a shared drive for continuous improvement.

What You Bring as a Logistics Team Leader
- Proven leadership experience in the parcel or logistics sector.
- A completed mbo-level education, preferably in logistics, with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with LEAN methodology is a plus.
- You are a stress-resistant team player who thinks in solutions and opportunities.
- You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
- You are flexible and available to work in two shifts:
- Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:30 or 22:30 to 07:00
- Sunday night from 22:30 to 07:00

- Full-time position of 38.75 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
- Shift allowances (irregular hours compensation):
- 30% between 20:00 and 24:00
- 45% between 00:00 and 06:00
- 50% on Saturdays and Sundays
