As a Logistics Administrative Employee, you ensure that all logistics administration is processed correctly. You do this by:
- Processing customer orders and transport assignments in the system;
- Checking and processing transport documentation and administrative data;
- Maintaining accurate information flow between customers, internal teams, and external partners;
- Entering and managing data in transport management and ERP systems;
- Supporting operational and financial teams with administrative tasks.

- Good command of the English language;
- Experience in an administrative role within logistics, transport, or freight forwarding;
- Experience with CO-pilot, ERP or Transport Management Systems;
