This is what you will do as a Logistics Administrator

  • Processing customer orders and transport assignments in the system;
  • Checking and processing transport documents and administrative data;
  • Maintaining clear communication between customers, internal teams, and external partners;
  • Entering and managing data in transport management and ERP systems;
  • Supporting operational and finance teams with administrative tasks.

  • You have experience in an administrative role within the transport sector;
  • Switching quickly between tasks is no problem for you;
  • You have a good command of the English language;
  • You work accurately and have strong organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of CO-pilot, ERP, or Transport Management Systems.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

This is what you earn as a Logistics Administrator

  • Salary up to € 3.000,- gross per month;
  • 8.33% holiday allowance;
  • Laptop and phone;
  • Work part-time from home is possible;
  • Public transport fully reimbursed on a reimbursement basis;
  • Mileage allowance of €0.23 per km (up to 50 km per day);
  • Pension scheme through STIPP from day one;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer or full public transport reimbursement;
