In Hapert, North Brabant, Netherlands, we are currently looking for a Logistics Employee who likes to stay active and take responsibility in a warehouse environment. You will join a stable and financially healthy organization where cooperation and a positive team atmosphere are key.
As a Logistics Employee, you work together with a relatively young team. At the same time, you are expected to work independently and organize your own tasks. The work is hands-on, varied, and physically engaging. If you perform well, there are clear opportunities to move into a permanent position.

Your role as a Logistics Employee
In this position, you play an important part in the daily flow of goods through the warehouse. Your main activities include:
- Unloading and loading trucks with a forklift or EPT;
- Receiving incoming shipments and performing quality checks;
- Collecting orders and preparing them for dispatch;
- Moving goods within the warehouse environment;
- Repacking and organizing pallets;
- Registering and scanning goods in the system.;
You keep an eye on priorities, work in a structured way, and make sure everything runs smoothly. The processes are clear, and the workload is steady and manageable.
Working schedule
You will work in day shifts with rotating start times between 07:00 and 21:00. This means your schedule varies weekly, giving you flexibility and variety in your working hours.

What we expect from a Logistics Employee
- You have a good command of English (mandatory);
- You bring at least one year of experience in logistics;
- You are flexible regarding working hours;
- You take initiative and can work independently;
- You are physically capable and comfortable with active work;
- Experience with a reach truck or a valid certificate is a plus.
