What will you be doing?
As Logistics Team Leader, you will lead a team of 15 employees in the low season and up to 50 employees in the high season. Your responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations and that your team picks and dispatches customer products to consumers on time and accurately.
Your tasks will include:
- Organizing the daily start-up following 5S and Lean principles;
- Monitoring KPI´s and ensuring all goals are achieved;
- Implementing improvements where necessary;
- Coaching and guiding employees.
Functievereisten
Who are you?
- You speak Dutch or English;
- You have knowledge of and experience with 5S and Lean or are willing to learn;
- You are strong in communication and a true people manager.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
What do we offer?
- A salary of up to € 3000.00 gross per month;
- Day shifts in the low season and a two-shift system in the high season (06:00-15:00 and 15:00-24:00);
- A pleasant working atmosphere with an enthusiastic and motivated team.
