As a Team Coordinator, you share responsibility for the daily operations in our warehouse. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team leaders. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure orders are processed efficiently. The warehouse team consists of about 25 colleagues whom you support and supervise. Your work environment includes both freezer and cooling areas, with temperatures ranging from -18°C to +18°C.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Leading and guiding warehouse staff who handle daily incoming and outgoing goods.
- Coordinating and optimizing logistics processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and overseeing the upkeep of internal transport equipment such as forklifts.
- Ensuring quality and food safety by monitoring compliance with relevant guidelines and procedures.
- Actively assisting on the warehouse floor with moving and sorting pallets or crates.
Functievereisten
We are looking for a Team Coordinator who:
- Has experience in logistics, preferably in a similar role.
- Is a true team player, works well with others, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on.
- Is willing to work in a two-shift system (06:00 - 15:30 & 13:30 - 22:30).
- Has a good command of Dutch or English.
- Is occasionally available to work on Saturdays.

- An attractive salary ranging from € 2.800,- to €3.400 gross per month.
- A travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer – even if you come by bike!
